You Are Not Too Old For a Character Breakfast
“You are not too old for a character breakfast. Even if you don’t have kids these can be fun ways to start your days at the park!”
The first time I took Adam to the Magic Kingdom, even after he felt the magic on Main Street, he was pretty against going to a character breakfast. But it was early and we were hungry, so I dragged him to the Crystal Palace. The entire time he kept saying how silly he thought it was and how since we didn’t have kids, the characters would probably ignore us anyway. But then Piglet came up behind me and put his hands over my eyes and from that moment on, Adam barely ate anything. He kept looking around hopefully watching for the characters to come around, afraid that if he left the table he’d miss his favorite (Eeyore). Of course he did eventually come around and many hugs and pictures were had.
Now we try to make it a point to hit a couple of character breakfasts (or lunches!) each time we go. The characters are always very playful and spend as much time with us as they do with the tables of kids! So don’t skip out on these thinking you’re too old. Everyone is a kid again in Disney World!
