Try Typhoon Lagoon's Wave Pool

“Think you’re not a water park person? Try Typhoon Lagoon’s wave pool and think again! So much fun you might not even get to the slides!”

Much like going to Disney in the first place, Adam was not a fan of trying a water park.  He refused to go until the second time I dragged him down to Florida and took him to Typhoon Lagoon.  And then I could not get him out of the wave pool!  We had only meant to spend two or three hours there, but I think we actually spent about four in the wave pool, then we did some rides, then it was back to the wave pool to close out the day.  To let everyone know how serious our addiction to that wave pool was, we let a Le Cellier reservation slide in order to eat burgers at Typhoon Lagoon and stay playing in the waves and the sun.  Since then we always make it a point to spend at least a day, if not more, at Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

So if you don’t think you’re a water park person, you have to go to Typhoon Lagoon.  You may be pleasantly surprised.
