Get a Lot of Sleep Before You Head to Disney

We never take this bit of advice seriously and it really is key to start off your vacation on the right foot. You do not want to get to Disney exhausted. So pack those bags early, get those dishes done in advance, and then relax and get a few really good nights of sleep before your trip. Consider that you will probably be waking up early almost every day of your trip–to make a character breakfast or to get to the parks when they open in order to get the most out of your time and money. You’re going to be going from around 7 am or earlier until maybe midnight or later most days. For those of us who aren’t used to a college-pace of life, it can be exhausting. Doubly so if you are not well rested for it! You definitely don’t want to come home feeling like you need a vacation from your vacation, so get that sleep beforehand!
