We have a lot of traditions now when we go to Disney, but my absolute favorite is this one.  Every time we go to Disney, we always get there in the afternoon so we don’t really schedule anything but dinner.  We don’t go to the parks, we just get to our room, get settled, and then around 8 pm we go to have dinner at Victoria and Albert’s.

Victoria and Albert’s is probably the fanciest restaurant that I have ever been to.  They have a strict dress code (no crocs here!) and there are no children under ten allowed.  The price for the meal is fixed and it’s about six courses worth of deliciousness you never knew existed.  We get all dressed up, head over to the Grand Floridian, usually kill some time listening to the band, and then we have a delightful meal that usually lasts about two and a half hours.  We get the wine pairings–probably the only time we ever like wine–and kick off a wonderful start to our Disney vacation.
