Visit at Christmas for the Decorations

Disney World goes all out for Christmas and the most dazzling display of decorations is hands down the castle in the Magic Kingdom. At night it looks like a glittering crystal palace that photographs beautifully even if you’re one of those people (like me) that usually end up having your own thumb in the shot. This picture is pretty awesome which is how you know I did not take it–I stole it from Susan Conover who visited with her family during the holiday season last year!

But the best part about the holiday season is that not only do the parks get into the spirit of things, but the resorts do as well.  This is sort of a lame, vague tip, but we’re planning on doing a series of holiday tips when those holidays come  up–I just couldn’t resist using this picture today!
