Animal Kingdom Closes Early and Has No Fireworks Display

“At the Animal Kingdom there aren’t any fireworks and the park closes early, so make some nice dining reservations at other parks or resorts.”

Because they don’t want to scare the animals, there are no nightly fireworks at the Animal Kingdom and the place usually closes around 5pm.  Sometimes they stay open later with extra magic hours, but still they close around 8pm even then.  So when planning a day at the Animal Kingdom, also plan an evening somewhere else, be it eating a nice dinner at one of the other resorts or parks, or even dinner and a stroll in Downtown Disney. Or if you’re a die-hard fireworks fan, head over to Epcot or the Magic Kingdom and catch theirs!

Or, you know, just head back to your resort to lounge around in your pajamas or at the pool.  You’re on vacation, you deserve some down time!
