Write Down All Your ADR Numbers

“Write down all your ADR numbers somewhere easily accessible to both remind yourself of where you need to be + prove you have one if needed!”

We have mentioned before that we use the Passporter Guide as our main “keep all” for our trips to Disney World and ADRs are no exception.  They actually have little folders in the back for each day of your stay (up to 10 days at least) where you can write down where you are going to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  I use those folders to jot down our ADR numbers so that every night we can review them for our breakfast reservations and every morning we can remind ourselves where we want to be.

We also make sure that once all of our reservations are set that we email ourselves just a list of the places, times, and ADR numbers so that we can have it handy.  Disney does send out email confirmations now, but usually one at a time and they can be a pain to go through, so we find just making our own list is easier.  This has saved us at the Garden View Tea Room at the Grand Floridian when their computer systems were slow/down and they could not seem to find our reservation by name.  Thankfully I had the ADR in an email and they were able to confirm it.

They’re also good to have handy when you are sure that you have a reservation somewhere but they can’t find you and whoops, it looks like you didn’t actually end up making that reservation after all.  This happened to us at the Yak and Yeti, but luckily since we got there when it opened they sat us anyway.  And it was delicious! Thanks guys!
