Interactivity and Showmanship are Key Words at DHS
“Interactivity and showmanship are key words at DHS! Don’t miss out on every opportunity!”
If you’re not interested in seeing shows, you’re time really might be better spent at one of the other parks. Sure, Disney Hollywood Studios has two of the most extreme of Disney’s thrill rides in the Tower of the Terror and the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, but it also is packed with opportunities to kick back and see shows that are, if not quite Broadway-ready, are definitely a cut above community theater. What's better is that many of the shows at the Studios offer a chance for audience participation. Only one kid gets to go up at Lights, Motors, Action! but a small handful will get to go up during Indiana Jones. The key there is to sit close to the front and really, really look like you want to get up on stage. There’s no guarantees in life, but the people calling volunteers up will know who really wants it and from your energy can tell if you’re going to be entertaining when you get up on stage.
