Keep Cool at the Animal Kingdom

“Animal Kingdom is the biggest of the parks, but it’s also the least air conditioned. Remember to cool off with ice cream or a ride!”

There’s so much to see and do at the Animal Kingdom that you can pretty quickly find yourself over heating as the majority of attractions all take place outside.  While there are places where you can find some shade, that’s not going to help much if you’re already over heated and there isn’t a breeze!  We like those little spray bottles with the fan on them for a quick burst of chilled water, but they can be a bit of a pain to carry around.  So make sure that you’re drinking lots of water (soda isn’t going to cut it!) and taking breaks to try to beat the heat: a quick trip on Dinosaur or an ice cream break can work wonders.
