Get a Photopass the First Day and Keep It On You
“Get a Photopass the first day and then keep it on you at all times so that you don’t end up with dozens by the end of your trip!”
Wherever you go, whether it’s character meet and greets or just walking down a beautiful street, you’re going to run into someone sporting a photopass camera who will offer to take your picture. This is a great service because you almost could rely solely on them if you wanted to get beautiful pictures that you just pay to have after your trip, but beware of accumulating too many of those Photopass cards! The first time you get a picture taken, they will scan it on a little card about the size of a credit card. Keep it with your room key because you’ll want to hand that to the Photopass Photographers BEFORE you take more pictures with them. In an effort to keep things moving, they usually snap a picture, whip out a card, scan it, and hand it to you. So if you have forgotten to give them yours, you now have two cards. And believe me, it is easy to accumulate more and more as you completely forget to hand yours over. This makes it a bit cumbersome after your trip because you have to log in to a website by plugging in the numbers on the back of your card(s) to view your pictures. Keep it simple by always remembering to bring your Photopass with you AND hand it to the Photopass photographer! That way you just come home with one!
