Ask Photopass to Use Your Camera

“While Photopass is great make sure you ask them to take a picture with YOUR camera lest you have to pay for the photo later or it expires!”

I cannot tell you how many pictures we missed out on because when we got home we kept forgetting to log into Photopass.  Or we logged in with one card and tried clicking through the 50+ pictures and put it aside to do another day and either forgot to go back or forgot we had another 3 cards to do the same thing with.  As a result form our last trip?  We barely have any pictures of the big characters which is SUCH a shame because we saw Mickey and Minnie the morning after we had gotten engaged and had SUCH a good time interacting with them! Almost every “main character” has a Photopass person assigned to them and while they take great pictures, you then have to go through each one when you get home to decide which ones you want–and want to pay for. There can be hundreds of pictures on there depending on how many times you decided to stop and pose and if you didn’t think to ask them to take a picture with your camera you may get home to find that you have very few pictures!  Worse, Photopass expires! You have a limited amount of time to log in and order those pictures and if you don’t you lose them! I will forever be sad that we forgot to go back and get the pictures of when Mexico Donald tried to steal me from Adam.  It was awesome and we don’t have a single picture of it!

So always remember to have them snap a quick picture with YOUR camera when you’re having a memorable moment to be SURE that you don’t miss out on memories when you get home!
