Test Track's Single Rider Line Isn't Worth the Gamble
“Test Track has a single rider line but be aware that it might look great up front but there’s still a long line after the movie to wait in.”
Single rider lines are usually great things: the line for a ride is ridiculously long, you don’t mind your party being split up, so boom, you get in the shorter line and in less than half the time you’re on the ride! Not so with Test Track, at least in my experience. It’s pretty deceiving in that the single rider line whisks you past the FIRST line and off to see the little movie they show you where you’re thinking about how clever you are to have chosen to do the single rider thing when the doors open and BOOM there’s ANOTHER LINE you have to wait in! Even the single riders have to twist along a pretty long line after that and there’s no way you can tell how long it is from the front so you’re taking a gamble. Sure, you can argue that you skipped that first line, but man the let down on seeing that you STILL have to wait a relatively long time is just a major let down. Since the cars seat three people to a row, it’s also far easier to get a whole family on there and there are less chances for you to catch a three-party fourth wheel slot. After trying the single rider line here, we decided it was worth it just to wait in the regular line.
