Watch the Glassblowers

“Stop and watch the glassblowers in the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Downtown Disney. Watch them create something then buy it in the shop!”

This is one of those fun, free things that kills ten or more minutes of your day depending on how into it you get. In the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Downtown Disney there are shops where you can actually watch the glassblowers making the glass figurines that are for sale in the shops. But that sounds so boring, you might say.  It’s not! It’s really easy to stand there for a half hour or more watching someone create a dragon or a colorful Donald Duck out of what was just a hunk of glass moments before. It certainly gives you a new appreciation of how those things are created and they make it look deceptively easy!
