Send Someone to Get Your FastPasses
“Traveling with kids? Send someone ahead with their room keys to get FastPasses for rides that tend to run out quickly so you don’t miss out!”
When traveling with kids or seniors or just people that walk damn slow, sometimes it’s a good idea to have one or two people in your group take everyone’s card keys and make a beeline for the FastPass machines for whatever ride you really don’t want to miss that day. This is one of those tips that comes with a caveat though: don’t be the jerk that takes key cards for a group of 10+ and stands there holding up the line while you insert one by one by one. That is just going to make everyone behind you annoyed and angry. If you have a lot of people, send two or three people with a few cards each so that you aren’t the guy everyone is cursing for the rest of the day.
And watch out for those Surprise Fastpasses. We thought we’d gotten two to Space Mountain but no, no. It was a FastPass for the Carousel of Progress. Which never has a line. Ever.
