Install Disney Apps on Your Smartphone

“If you must have your smartphone with you make sure you load it up with Mobile Magic and other Disney apps that give you park information!”

One of our early tips was to leave the phones in the hotel and enjoy yourself while not tethered to the internet but I know that’s hard to do for some people. So if you absolutely MUST have your phone on you in the parks, make sure you’ve got some Disney apps loaded!  For Verizon customers you can install Mobile Magic which will give you up to date information about wait times at attractions, events for that day, weather, and where you can find characters! For non Verizon customers…well, you can sign up for text messages to be sent daily to your phone that will let you know things like park hours. There should be information on how to do that when you get to your room on property. All of these things charge a fee of course, but if you’re going to be on your iPhone or Blackberry all day, you might as well be looking up park information!
