Check Out Kid Activities at the Resorts

“If you have kids make sure to check out the activities that all the resorts offer–the Animal Kingdom Lodge has some especially fun ones!”

The most important part of this tip is: you do NOT have to be staying at the resort to have your kids take part in the activities! The Deluxe resorts are the ones that I know the most about, with the Grand Floridian and the Animal Kingdom Lodge being the ones that I have heard have the “most fun” activities for kids, so make sure you stop by and check them out or look them up before you go. At the Animal Kingdom Lodge, kids get a unique bead to take with them for every activity they participate in so make sure you stick around long enough to collect them all! They range from interactive activities to sitting and listening to some storytelling so there is usually something for every type of kid you happen to have. It makes for some nice down time away from the parks and best of all: totally free!
