Disney at 26 weeks pregnant: Florida Water is Gross

I am sure this comes as no surprise to many, since you get used to the taste of water in your area, but coming from the north-east, Florida water tastes really gross to me. This meant that while I wanted to indulge in the “ask for a free cup of water at counter service restaurants” it often left me gagging, especially since I had a sensitive stomach. Since I wanted to stay hydrated, this often meant buying bottled water wherever we were, something that soon got very expensive. I would absolutely recommend looking into either shipping yourself some bottled water from home or bringing some sort of water bottle with a filter. I would have killed for a Brita at any point during our vacation but without a car we didn’t want to pay a taxi to get us to the nearest non-Disney store that might carry it. So! I am sharing this tip so that you can be more prepared than we were! If you are planning on drinking the local water, just know that (at least to me) it tastes very different from what you are probably used to. Get yourself a water bottle or some of your favorite bottled waters cheap and bring those with you. On searingly hot Florida days you will definitely need them!
