Know Where the First Aid Stations Are

“Know where the first aid stations are in all of the parks just in case something happens and you need to get there fast!”

You may think that you’re invincible on vacation but trust me, when you least expect it you will need to know where that first aid station is! When I was still in high school I went to Disney World with my sisters and I was deathly, deathly ill. I ended up staying in the hotel room almost the entire week we were there. The last night I went out with my youngest sister to the Magic Kingdom because I was finally feeling like I could stand up without falling over. So of course while in line for Peter Pan–she fainted! While the Disney cast members took care of her, I had to run around trying to get in touch with the adults that were off at dinner and then I had to try to find the First Aid station during a parade. Luckily I knew where it was so I got there relatively quickly and we got a nice ride behind the scenes back to our hotel after she had some gatorade and crackers. But still, I think I would have been more panicked if I didn’t know where to go, so always make sure in each park you know where the First Aid station is!  In the Magic Kingdom it’s right between Casey’s and the Crystal Palace, at Epcot its located in Odyssey Center (someday they should turn that back into a restaurant), at Disney Hollywood Studios its located by Guest Services, and at the Animal Kingdom its behind Creature Comforts on Discovery Island. So there you have it–now if something happens, like you getting shot by a StormTrooper* you will know right where to go! 

*this probably won’t happen.
